Our vision at TCS is to develop tomorrow’s leaders. We are going to have a very unique cooperation between Administrators, Parents, and Teachers to ensure that every child is considered a unique individual with special talents and skills. Our school will create a special dialogue with Parents to bring out the best in every child. No child will be left behind in this process.

Parents will be actively involved in setting career goals for their wards in the school. The cooperation of all parties will put a “can do” spirit in every child that enrolls in our school. Parents will have direct access to counsellors in helping to develop the leadership skills of every student in the school.

We will set up a parent portal where parents can follow the program of their wards and input into their development as LEADERS of today and tomorrow. We will tap into the unique talents of parents giving career guidance to our students. Every child will fulfil their potential and hone his/her leadership skills in our school.

Parents will be involved as active players in our overall management system. We invite parents to volunteer and contribute their talents to shaping the leadership potential of our students.
